春季赛：区域站4~6月；全球站7~8月

交易佣金(Commissions):
Most major,full-service brokerages derive much of their profits from charging commissions on client transactions.Commissions vary widely from brokerage to brokerage. Commissions can eat into an investor’s returns.
公司行为(Corporate Action):
When a publicly traded company issues a corporate action, itis initiating a process that directly affects the securities issued by that company. Dividends,stock splits. mergers. acauisitions and spinoffs are al common examples of corporate actions.
订单时效(Order Duration)：
Good for day:A day order refers to a specific type of order that expires at the end of the trading day.
Good till cancel: An order that remains active until either the order is filled or the investor cancels it. These orders never expire, meaning they are often popular for stop-loss orders or other very longterm trading strategies.
Dealer Markets：
Roughly 35,000 securities trade on the OTC market.Thousands of brokers register with the SEC as security dealers. Dealers quote prices at which they are willing to buy orsell securities.
当限价买入和卖出太少以至于最高买入价和最低卖出价差别太大时，做市商还需要凭自己的股票存货进行买入和卖出以缩小价差。在这种情况下，做市商充当了交易商的角色，为市场提供了流动性。

Cash Coverage= EBITDA/Interest Expenses
Where,EBITDA=EBIT+Depreciation+Amortization The problem with the TIE ratio is that it's based on EBIT, which is not really a measure of cash available to pay interest.The reason is that depreciation and amortization, noncash expenses,have been deducted out.
Receivables Turnover=Sales/Accounts Receivables Days' sales in receivables= 365 days/Receivables Turnover.
The receivable turnover ratio measures how fast the company collect outstanding credit accounts.The days'sales in receivables is also called average collection period(ACP), and it measure how long it takes before a firm collects its credit sales.
Total Asset Turnover=Sales/Total Assets
This ratio gives a "big picture", as it measures how much sales is generated for every dollar in assets.
